Shipping Policy
We currently ship across India. All orders are processed within 1–2 business
days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please Note: Delivery timelines may vary for remote pin codes.
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day
- All shipments are tamper-proof sealed for hygiene and safety
- Only prepaid orders are accepted (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets)
- COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available
- We do not ship internationally at this time
Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, we follow a strict
no-return policy. However, we do offer replacements in the following case:
Eligible for Replacement
- Product received is damaged, broken, or leaking during transit
- Wrong product delivered
⚠️ Mandatory Video Proof: To claim a replacement, you must provide an
unboxing video clearly showing the damaged product at the time of delivery. Claims
without video proof will not be entertained. We recommend recording a video every time you
open a package.
Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
- Products that have been opened, used, or swatched
- Claims without unboxing video proof
- Dissatisfaction with shade, texture, or fragrance (not a defect)
- Products without original packaging
- Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
How to Claim a Replacement
If you've received a damaged product, follow these steps:

Always record a video while unboxing your order as proof

Our team will verify the damage and respond within 24–48 hours

Approved claims will receive a free replacement shipped immediately
Refund Policy
We primarily offer replacements for damaged products. Refunds are only
issued in exceptional cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., product out of stock).
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7
business days
- Refunds will be credited to your bank account, UPI, or original payment source
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are only processed after video proof verification
Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, shade preference, or
any reason other than verified damage during transit.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- An unboxing video clearly showing the damage
- Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement for the
damaged/missing items.
Important: Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be processed.
Please make it a habit to record every delivery unboxing.
